    I'm not a huge fan of the layout, you should definitely make the article titles bigger, more "out there", not sure if you're using H1s but you should for SEO. Overall, not bad, good idea, great domain, good foundation.

    The layout is too plain, at least for me. The title of the movies in the "latest reviews" should also be clickable. Maybe you can also ass some stars for the ratings under them.

    ok thanks guys, i wanted the actual black and white look but didnt think it would tturn people away looks like im gonna have to go make another design, any suggestions on what color schemes to use?

    Orange and white?
    I would dispose of that font as well. Looks too old fashioned to me.

    Change your top category links so that you can see your site logo and get rid of the Black color too bold.

    Hi,

    I agree with the other posts that the overall look is a little too plain, but I'm not sure that the black and white is the problem. Black and white with the right font and graphics can look very dramatic. Reviews would be easier to read in a slightly larger font.
    Also, your little intro on the home page uses "your" when it should be "you're". And you're missing the "is" in the following sentence: "Mytvtalk.com [is] the place where TV comes to life."
