I like your forum, and may I suggest you some kind of trick you could use to make new members post more - awards for reputations/month - movie, or t-shirt or something like that premium account on rapidshare bla bla
Pretty neat I must say. The color scheme fits the theme of the forum. The layout is clean and organize and the ads fits perfectly to the forum.
You used a photo from one of my favorite movies (Pan's Labyrinth ) on your header, that's a big plus lol About the site, this theme is being used by lots of forums and I think you may think of a more unique design in the future if your site becomes popular. Plus you need a more professional banner and you may consider searching for a freelance designer or something like that. For example on your header "Movie Discussions" should be bolder and bigger to make it a lot readable and to make your site's name or domain easy to remember imo.
