Like the new look of the site. Something wonky is going on with your pictures. They are doing a quick double flash and then settling on one picture before double flashing again and moving on to the next. In the copy block... could you break it up a bit more? Lots of copy all together... bullets are nice, just too far down. I would break up this block, below, with more paragraphs, or less words and more paragraphs/sub headers... felt like I wanted to skip it when I saw it because of so much print/words. When it can be in longer lines like below, it looks and feels better but on a smaller site/width wise I would go with more paragraphs or less text or more headers... hope that makes sense.
