Don't worry about unique content just yet. How are you planning on driving traffic? This is a very competitive niche so you will either need hundreds of dollars for PPC, thousands of articles for article marketing or tens of thousands of backlinks for SEO. Well, whatever your method, best of luck. The adsense placement is fine. Just try to add different forms of content (ie pictures, videos etc.).
