a short hasty review..

Graphic design
-- the theme is bad for your topic!!! The theme says within first 3 seconds "here is the neat medical website offering penis enlargement and viagra".. and only the big bucks at lower left give the firt sign of money making
-- site motto/tagline is trimmed at the bottom (note "g" in "earning")
-- link color must be persistent, one formatting for all links, but you have different for adsense site links
-- links in the main blue blocks look horrible; this is where you make exception for previous rule
-- after the 3rd big green buck at the left, the sign begins annoying, and then looks like the author has no image to add... add different images without changing their graphic energy/emotion
-- text pages / posts: small light-gray font on white background will annoy after first 5 mins of reading
-- too few elements in the general layout, makes feel the blog is still under construction

SEO
-- pay close attention to titles: include keywords and make them standalone, so that the sentence in the title can describe the contents of the page (e.g. "net money" says nothing, but "net money - daily guides to making money through blogging" says it all).. post titles are fine
-- very short articles. this is the major mistake.. you wont generate any loyal users or make money unles you have tons of great content... quite now if you want to continue with these small notes

Usability
-- the major blue block must only be present on the homepage.. ask yourself "what is it here for?"
-- how to navigate from a post to some other post? through back button or a category? 30% users lost... add some "also view" or "next/prev" or other direct buttons to other posts..

thats just a 5 min review.... happy blogging..

formulate the mission/thesis/objective/main point of your blog and write it down on paper... it will help you much..
