    Hello all,

just wanted to see what people thought of my newly made over site.

www.sharpsbooks.co.uk - is a second hand book store that I have written in PHP, having migrated away from the bloater code of OSC.

    Any thoughts/crits/comments are always welcomed.

    Thanks

    Mike

very clean, neat design, its fine for a book site,
there is some gap in center bottom of the page which can be filled with ads or either some sort of offers.

The site is pretty tight in terms of design, so not much to criticize. Good job.

Two things that I wouldn't mind seeing as a shopper on your site.

    1. I would like to see some info on what you use as standards for the condition of the used books. Are they "mildly" used, are they beaten to death, what condition are they generally in?

    2. When looking at a spacific product page, aside from seeing the selling price, I wouldn't mind seeing the "New" price so that I have an idea of how much I'm saving. IMO this would be a good incentive for your shoppers, and would probably increase your conversion rate.

    Good luck with the site.

    Vito
