    You can't use images in logos. Just downloading some BMW and putting some text bellow can't be sold. I mean it can, but not if you intend to do a legitimate work. That's the only thing that "caught" my eye. I can't even comment on anything else.

    You've also downloaded free icons for logos... That's bad as well.

    Some of your logos are good.but I think some of your logos are too busy.The main thing about logo designing is logo should be simple and memorable.Some of your logos are not simple so people can't remember it so easily. Just look at logos of famous companies their logos are very simple one example is nike. If you want you can browse the internet and find some great tips about logo designing.

    According to me, the ones with the black background are better. But it would be even better if you could create logos with transparent backgrounds, even though you might need to do a little bit of tweaking here and there.
