    I think the logo is great. Mayby r letter could be improve but it isn't necessary.

    It looks good accept for the r as stated above. The problem is can easily look like an "ep" so that would be an important fix to make sure there is no confusion in how it should be read.

    You must select fonts in round strokes with emboss thing. much better to see and cool!

    I would start from scratch. Its a good mockup but needs to be more balanced. Just start from scratch and I guarantee you'll get a better result.
