Definitely creative. I do not know the contest req's or what they are used for but what if they needed business cards? Need to always have a high quality blk and white vector for those things. Nice post though good work!
Both of them are good, the message are very clear. I agree with moneybrown that the noise gradient type effect in the back ground doesnt look good, should try a smooth gradient, But....the font is ok, it's so oriental. Just replace the noize gradient with the smooth one, and your design will look great.
the second one looks very good and I like the color combination.. You seemed to be very professional with the works...
For me both of the logos are really chaotic. Please check logo inspiration galleries and learn from them as much as you can. Your designs are good but they are not consitent and that is the important part. I would highly recommend www.logopond.com and www.faveup.com - love em both and use them for inspiration in all of my projects.
Good work.... I like them both But improvements can be made... Try using Good gradients and effects in the text to produce to good and energetic results
