    Hi there, I'm not trying to criticize your logo but I feel that there is to much text surrounding it , The initial company logo is very clean and nice looking, Just my opinion

    The circle at the top really doesn't serve a purpose. If it was a lot of lines that made the camera then that would be pretty cool. Maybe a light blue with light blue lines that draw out the camera.

    Okay wait...I see that's a C. But the fact that I didn't know it for the first 5 minutes of looking at it says drop the C.

    Your logo should be the name only. What you do is your tag line. But I'd keep playing with it as one of it's only job is to add credibility and it doesn't.

    The fonts are pretty ugly, no offense...
    Maybe diversify the colors a little.
    Also, make the huge C smaller and easier to read.
    Too much text, you might want to slim it down.

    Logo needs lot of improvement,

    The camera image should be made as icon and use better fonts and styles.

    The font is harsh on the eyes. The big "C" doesn't work. One way to learn a little about designing logos is to find ones that you like and adapt them to fit your needs.

    I agree with wren11 that the text element in the logo is a lot more, when compared to the actual logo design. I would like to give you the suggestion that a creative logo is more than enough to express a concept or represent a business.

    I don't like it. First of all like many others pointed out is too much text. Also, the text is really boring, and the company name is not seperated from the slogan.. Usually you have big text for the company name, and small text for the slogan.. You should consider hiring a designer, or posting a contest here.. They are not much!

    way too much text in logo, this looks like visit card. Problem is that your customer will not remember your logo, should be short and rememberable text in your logo.
