I vote the first logo cause I believe it is better and vivid .

 

the first one is obviously better... nice concept.. gud work..

 

I love the first one, plus you can easily use the guy as a brandable character.

 

I also like the first one, but the guy is in a bad spot, maybe put him on the right where there is room... not sure.

The first one looks great, because of the graphics. Although, I can only tell after seeing your website, which one will look better

1st one looks better, but i suggest You to make the text more 3D, so it will look like that man is actually sitting there, not just randomly pasted in.. But yeah you really have some talent.. congrats..

 

I like the first better but agree that the text needs more dimension to it. Make it look more 'alive' (for lack of better term) Nice job though!

The first one looks great, you can try placing the guy at the end of the word dorks facing right. Just a thought. Good job on the logo and keep it up buddy.
