    I just want to know if it is easy to navigate and what could i do to improve it.

    The design is way too plain, what I would do is add in an actually header/logo design and background colors :)

    Truly a mark of a newbie to the directory field when the default template is used.
    If you want to be taken seriously as a directory owner and have a good directory, do get a template.
    Especially a template designed just for your directory.

    It may be useful to clean the start page, the text in the blue header and above it which is not a part of the menu may be removed, the search form and the text in the menu may be aligned to the left side.

    pay a designer $50 to $100 and have a full psd designed so the site looks unique. there would be nothing compelling me to list my site there at the moment.
