I am going to start a anime streaming site soon (not hosted on my site) once I get all the stuff finish, and I would like a few people to review my:

    Legal Disclaimer
    http://ani-view.com/legal-disclaimer/

    Privacy Policy
    http://ani-view.com/privacy-policy/

    Term of Use
    http://ani-view.com/term-of-use/

and tips/changes (Bold/Color/Add/Remove/etc) I should make, To improve them? I want them to be strengthen to increase my chance against any legal issue.

and if your not busy check my:

    contact form
    http://ani-view.com/contact-us/

and tell me if I should add anything to that.

    Please and Thanks

    Jimmy

No disclaimer can completely protect you from being sued. If you link to, embed, or host copyright content, you can be held responsible and your disclaimer isn't going to protect you.

I suggest you consult with an attorney about the legality of the type of site you intend to launch and not trust some poster on a message board to give you legal advice.

Your site appears to be reset/gone. Either way, I have yet to find a legal disclaimer that was any good. They're mostly pretty flawed.

If your legal disclaimers covers the same points as your top or 4 competitors you should be in a fairly OK position - bar asking a lawyer for help.

Ty, I am not too sure I can afford/look for a lawyer lol, I am just a 17 year old.

Some more input please and thanks.

    - If someone think they can make a much better one for me - tell me, I am willing to pay a fair amount I made from logo design.
