This site is very good in general, but I see letters in very bright colors grabbing my attention in all places, I can't focus on one thing only.

The submit resume doesnt have to be so big, it's nice, but I would work better with a hover effect, a button with an inactive and active state

Well I like the theme of your site, its got a bright and refreshing feel to it. Moreover the placements of the facebook and Google+ widgets are perfect. Also I see that you offer "Mobile Alerts" which could be a lot useful as you deal with exam results.

I think that the Submit Resume button is absolutely ok in size, it should attract attention, otherwise the visitors won't use it
