Good work, although I think menu buttons are so big, try to remove the base or make more action happen when over or click, Also I didn't like adsense colors, don't match the website, I think.
layout and design is gud.but this colour doesnt go with background.colour u hv choosen is nice but bit dark.u need to use light colour. Abhilash.
