Review my Job Script/Website Please

I develop all sorts of scripts and websites mostly for personal use, but will start to get into the whole selling of scripts sometime in the future. So to start would like to get this job aggregation script/website reviewed.

    Site: Http://www.uvisor.com

    Reason Why I developed it:
I was searching and searching for job aggregation scripts, and I eventually found a few scripts that I liked, but there were issues with them that I soon found after researching:

Softbiz Job Board Software - There were 3 different versions, only 2 had the aggregation available, and the 2 that were able to be used, the design was HORRIBLE, had features I did NOT care for, and just seemed like a poor design overall. It was also $99-$149

ScriptGeni JobGeni - Design was lovely, but after looking closer, it said it was Indeed aggregation, but turns out it is actually careerjet, so one lie up front. Second issue was design was too simple, needs a bit of jazz about it. Third and MAJOR issue which stopped me from buying it was the order was completed manually because one file was encryped to protect the footer link to the site, and required $25 extra just to get rid of that. Support seems non existent also. This package would have cost me $174

PhpSnake - Seemed Ok, Good price only $29, but was WAY too simple of a design and not enough options, on top of that, appeared to be a direct copy of a script which I tried (which was free), and has almost no features.

EsJobSearchEngine - Base Price $199, are you kidding me? Once again a too simplistic design, and uses cron jobs.

So what does my site/script do exactly that is better?
    - It is simple, it can be used with careerjet OR indeed (I am using indeed at the moment).
    - It cost me nothing but man hours (about a full day of work) to complete.
    - I can customize it in any way I want, no nagging footer back link to the developer
    - It looks up the user's location and auto populates fields, as well as Provides states/province/region for the visitor.

Feedback would be greatly appreciate on improvements/idea's/suggestions. And if you would be interested in a copy of this script feel free to PM me =) It can be implemented into ANY template/design.

Note: Coding is still a bit sloppy, and still obviously in early testing/development, so be nice with the comments =)

    Plans:
    - Hide the external links with .htaccess
    - Thinking about making additional links to view the job description BEFORE sending off to indeed external link to maximize adsense/affiliate links
    - Thinking about adding additional search/narrowing down functions

(Note: This was a expired domain snapped up =))

Above the fold, everything looks very good. I just think that the tabs for the locations and sectors need to be tidied up a little, particularly location as this stretches down the page and looks pretty ugly. Maybe just have a few of the most popular and a search function for the others. The text could also be larger, just to help people scan through it quicker.

I would also recommend adding some form of banner headline and maybe a little explanatory text. Currently there isn't much to indicate what you actually do, which may alienate some visitors. Also, on a personal note, I would probably look at targeted display ads as a form of revenue rather than the generic Adsense as this doesn't look great.

Website design is simple as a blog. Can use more widgets and add more website relevant contents.
Can Put a banner at top right corner and at footer, you can use adwords ads at sidebar and 1 or 2 text link ads at the end or after the paragraph.

    I have found below error on ...../category/jobs/ & /salary

I like everything but the logo. Redesign the logo or hire someone to make one for you and it will help tremendously.
