    nice design.
    i would mask the emails on the contact form, to avoid getting spam
    a little forum will also be nice.

    but overall, looks fine.

    Your site looks professional, and that is what the client want if they are to call it support.

    You should put some text in there to explain that the large series of numbers is the phone number.

    Don't take for granted that people will get that...
