You are using dark grey color as the frame around the pictures. Maybe changing it to brighter color will make the picture become more stand out.
You should add some more content at the end or start of each news feed so that the article looks more unique... These are just feeds pulled from news sites without any commentary... There are automated ways of adding comments..
since I don't know any automated ways of adding content/comments, would you be willing to share some methods please? thanks.
