    The contents are interesting and useful too and ads are well organised.But template is not much impressive and need a good looking one.

    There's a lot of content - you could try removing the banner saying "Business" to free up some space.

    Hi, ads placement is excellent, but why put in a big photo just under the header; it is serving no purpose. If you downsize this photo and squeeze your contents to fit the page, it would be better in my opinion. You could also bring the page navigator to the top or instead have two since it is a long page, just like search engines, :D, one at the top and another at the bottom. Best of luck.

    Wow, that is one busy website. Perhaps too busy. The ad placement is fine but the text on the right hand side needs alignment. Also I am not too fond of the color scheme. However you are on the verge of having a very professional looking site. Best of Luck..

    lots of bold fonts so please decrease your "BIG" font size.

    design is not good, lots of colors.

    Your site look like Sca***

    I have changed the layout a bit according to the advice given to me here. Removed logo image and reduced the bold and capital fonts of categories to normal fonts. Changed inpost ad to below post ad also.

    you are right but if someone need thousends of visitor in a day how can he get through you told way to make backlinks you should buy service of experts to save your time...
