I've been playing around alot with the design lately, so i would like a review of it.
Also what do you say to the placement of the ads?

You could always signup with our RSS-feed and you will get updated everytime we update with new videos (which happens a couple of times a day) .

Design should be improved

 

I like it. good placement on the ads.

 

teh site will need CONTANTLY updated content to do well, are you ready to work hard to keep it updated 24x7? That's not an easy job.

I'm really amazed how the video "Ken Lee" is not amongst the top rated ones!

 

Looks good, i think you must add smoe other colors for right sidebar links...

You might be right about that, i'll try something out. You have an idea for another color?

 

Green is not good.. .Try maybe dark green or something like #333

But if you have time remove green and play with other colors.

 

The menu text is very small, and I would suggest placing it on the left. Also, you might want to create a margins for the boxes. Your text goes right up to the line.

 

Making a new menu is on my todo-list already, but thx for pointing it out .

Can you make a screenshot of what you mean by that the text goes right up to the line, because i can't see it here (tried in both ff and ie).

Cool, just a bug of mine. Also, you have black text on a black background in the footer.
