When I click on signup button it is showing me Internal Server Error so please fix it first.

 

I like the design of the website. Found a super small typo:
In "Litespeed web server is up to 9 times faster then Apache web server", then should be than

 

- Knowledge base, Customer Login,FAQ, Network Status, Contact us button is not working too!
FYI: All broken links are bad sign in terms of SEO factor. Better you should fix it as soon as possible.
PS: About us page is looking crappy! Seems that everything messed up within less space! Make it more elegant with pictures of your staff, Use proper typography, paddings etc to make it's user interface far better than current one.

All of the broken links you provided were part of our MYSQL system and they were being upgraded the rest of our website is HTML so it was up and running. The about page is something we need to work on thank you for your opinion.

First off when I click the link, (and my computer is not slow or anything) it took about 30 seconds or more to load the page fully.
That's not terrible, but if you're going to open a professional service and platform I'd highly recommend looking into speeding up your website.

As for the design of the website, personally, I think it's great. It looks clean, simple and eye catching. The blue colors mixed with the hint of lime green looks really nice I think.

It looks great but if you are new in this business, i advice you to sell Shared Hosting only to be able to offer quality support then you can expand. when I opened the website the live chat help was offline and thats give bad feedback to client so I suggest to hide it during offline time as it's available option at Zopim or offer support via WHMCS tickets system only. Put in mind that Great Support is the secret word. Good Luck
