The style looks ok, but the site seems a bit long and cluttered to me. Maybe paginate a little bit, don't overwhelm people with so much on the first page. Give them a little teaser and get them to click on to the next page. You could probably focus people more into your message this way, I know myself when I see a site with this much text and this many banners all on page 1 something in my brain says too much going on, where do I start?
Your site is oversaturated. Add more space between blocks, between text and borders. Maybe try to make font smaller. Also site needs professional logo.
The logo is missing in your site and the title is not so visible, try to increase its size. The tips pop up window is not floating, check it and made it as floating with the page scroll event.
Make a logo, leave more space between bloks, change the colors....try to use some blue and white, make it more clean.
It's just a little cluttered. I would remove adsense, it's a lost customer everytime they click out of your site.
Thanks for your suggestion. However, i won't remove it. I think i should change the adsense format to be more neat. :d
