Good content but you need to work on the design. Try bringing more colour to the page and have a clean modern layout.
Your site concept is good. what is lacking is the theme part and content. you are using the default theme that comes with wordpress. change the theme. You can get good themes from wordpress.org main site. Also, put some content.
nice site - but being thats its wordpress , a new design cn be done in 2 minutes from admin .... lots of templates to be found within admin ....
It would probably be best to hire a designer ( cheap ) and coder ( xhtmlpros possibly ) for this. There never is any good free template's out there, and if there is they definitely are not unique.
Do you need Archives on month by month basis? Many good blogs have done away with it. If you think folks would wonder about what you did in June, then it is just fine. You can have "Older posts" and "Newer Posts" at the end. Your blogroll is wordpress. You might want to get rid of it. If the videos are all the same, then you can leave it the way it is. If not, then I would categorize the videos and explain why they are different. That way you would have a nice content as well. Other than that, the theme is fine.
The blog and its content looks good but i agree with the above reviews about the theme.Need a good looking one.
