Hi .. Inappropriate ad placement and size are not proportional to the web page make your website look less nice to look at, by placing ads that neat and proportionally I am sure your website will be a pretty sight.
Just look at the website yourself and take some more time redesigning your website again.It is not nice especially the header.
I like the colour scheme and header. Maybe it is worth just removing the ads until you have a significant amount of traffic, with the current layout they look out of place as they are overlapping your header. At the moment the two long ads you have on the bottom right are below the fold so will probably not see many clicks. The third link on the right below the follow me on twitter is broken. I would put the archive and meta sections in the footer. The archive because you don't have many articles yet and the meta section because that is not important for browsers. You could make the subscribe and twitter smaller and side by side then put the adsense ads on that side.
Nice website. I would like to suggest you that, instead of using 120*600 ad spot, will be better to use 250*250 ads block in sidebar. also you can use 250*250 ad spot in left side of post content area.
I think it's a blog, Cool blog. Your ads placement is not looks good. Add appropriate ads for that space.

The theme is looking nice though I think the position for google ad place is not good looking. You can think of it. Another suggestion is that you can start a forum in your site where health related discussions will be discussed. Best of luck.
It is good to start a forum on this site but i am not looking to start forum on it.I have now changed my ads placement and now According to me,Ads placement is now looking quite good and better than previous ads placements
Nice site buddy, but the header ads placement still looks weird. Better if you have text ads on the sidebar or in the single post. Just my 2 cents..
