    Good content, and i really liked that mascot on the header.
    But i background could be a bit smoother, as of now its looking too bright for a health Blog.

    Dear,

    at left panel you kept social bookmarking. But, not given direct link to bookmark your site.

    It is good, if u give the direct link like stumbleupon (u r given direct link to add)

    and try to change the color of the search box.

    Many of the people will not found ur search box.

    Colors are good.

    too cartoonish. looks like a kid's web site, and header eats up 1/3 of visible screen. lose the fat header taking up a lot of the page.
