www.dolphinstreet.com provides guitar lessons, gear demos and guitar related articles and reviews. There is also a blog and a forum (which should be styled better). There is a section about running too which I probably should move somewhere to give the site better focus. This site started as a small experiment and has grown over the years. I am aware many things can be improved, so I am looking for any type feedback you would like to give, perhaps design, ads/ad placement, content, navigation and overall quality. Thank you, Robert
It is a good website. It seems that you are not just a player, but a teacher. You may get a lot more mileage out of an affiliate program like Amazon, or even better Ebay, where you can not only review different products but offer them to other enthusiasts, and novices alike. I would rather see a classic autographed guitar for sale through an ebay widget than 3 adsense blocks that may make you a few cents2, but also sends visitors to other sites just like yours. I'm not saying loose the adsense all together, I'm just suggesting to leave the block that gets the most clicks, and use that other ad space for a related affiliate program that pays more, and decorates your site with a pretty creative. (and pays more ) I would even go so far as to register a domain and open an all guitar store. New, used, and Auctions. JMO
Hmm, ebay affiliate - I have never tried it. It pays much better than Adsense you say? Thanks for the feedback.
If you have the traffic..either dedicated niche, or big numbers, everything pays better than adsense. But it's comparing apples and oranges. Adsense is easier, but unless you are raking in big dough, it's not worth the space to me if I can put something there that is more attractive, Pick the product, and make more per sale.
Thanks for the feedback. I do use an affiliate program for music gear. Not sure if eBay would work - most people come to my site for lessons and advice.
Hey, I think it's great. As a novice who doesn't know anything about guitar, I think it will be a good place to learn with all the info and video lessons to guide you through. The chosen theme also suits everything nicely and navigation is pretty straightforward and easy to find. Overall, 3 out 5 points.
Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. I can't set the width to 80% because of the top header being a fixed width.
overall its give the message of the site to the visitors. nice designs and color schemes. ill rate it 7/10.
I'm sure to visit this website regularly! I just bookmarked it. I'm a fan of guitars! (and drums.. any drummers out there?) Very nice design!

Thanks everyone. Sorry Robert_2006 that the ads stick out too much. Hopefully you can find some good guitar stuff there if you decide to check it out. My traffic is at about 1,600 visitors per month.
On opera some of the text is overlapping, like the shipping text. also im not too fond of the video podcast black box. but the site looks good, i like the layout and colors. im usign Opera, 1920x1200 res
