Love the design, easy to read and good content. Maybe needs a few images to make the main content a little more interesting

Attractive forum, easy colors, simplistic. I think the audience your trying to draw appreciates those qualities. I would drop the snow effect though. It says Noob all over it

Hi! Just viewed your site. In general, good work: thoroughly selected colors, cool logo (are you going to change it according to various holidays or just for Christmas?). Some advices: if you want to attract more visitors and get more members, you should add more tutorials on various gfx tools and programs, I think it will be very useful. Also add some links to different resources with HD images. Hope, your site will be more popular in the nearest future.

I think it's a good graphics resource, a lot of sections and content. I like the snow effect.
I think if you put a more graphical header that would look cool
and since there's so many sections and the site is new, maybe consider starting with a fewer number of sections and sub forums for now?
