Nice site. I like it. Maybe make a nicer header? It is a inspirational site so it should have an inspirational header. Just my .02 tho.

this suggestion is very valuable . . . and i m making some changes as suitable

 

I would say, that yellow color of buttons and header are not suitable for general design of your site, try something less saturated like blue or dark shades of any color.

Its clear, but what does the yellow bar do on top? And i would create a logo instead of plain text. But thats my opinion
