Just need more content, but other than that, not too shabby!

not bad its a clean and nice design! now she need to work on the content.

 

A pretty generic template design, what would look nice is a customized header design.

Content is good but I See its a General Blog

 

looks good, could use a little more with the darker colors, doesn't look to crowded and is pleasing to the eyes

Looks pretty good IMO. Add some sort of header image & it'd be great

 

It looks good. This is a simple and clean design. I don't know if it's me but the images don't display.
She is using AdBrite, maybe some other monetizing system (AdSense) can do better.
Then : content, content, content.

 

ah thanks for the post about the images i fixed it for her also adbrite is ok for now to many bad experiences with ADsence

 

I don't really like the way the ads at the top fit in... and it seems like the content area could use a frame

other than that, it looks good... and had me reading some of the articles, haha ~_~

 

If you make the add banner at the top have a little white on the side so it streamlines with the rest of the blog then that would look better, then again may be my resolution. I like the look, I'm getting a Mac feel from it.

 

I had the same feeling, include the adsense block in a div, and give it a white background. That should fix the matter. Other than that, nice website, congrats
