    Nice design, i would suggest to change the font of the text that is behind the plane : "Free Online Business Strategy Game" , try something more readable,
    You can also change the position of the "forgot password" link, usually its better to place it just under the password input box,
    And you could also try to put full pictures, your men seems to have cut feet or no feet at all (for the man of the right),
    These are details , but it can be easily fixed :).
