I didn't understand, are you offering a hosting service or is it a hosting discussion forum? if it a hosting service I would totally change how the site looks - you should give your plans, prices and features in the homepage with a huge "Order Now" buttons (check out webhostingpad for a good example of a hosting service homepage) - I'll be surprised if you manage to sell any packages with the way the site looks right now.
