Positive--The site was very fast in loading Negative--the whole design and layout,color schemes,logo,menu bar,spelling mistake(in first row of the content-the word(comannd).

The adsense ad looks a bit out of place and I think you should add more content to the page and get a logo.
The page seems to be a little short on images, or could use a layout rearrangement as you have alluded to. The "Register Now!" button is reasonably nice looking. The simplicity of the site does have its appeal, though.
I think the site require lot more work to be done. Special emphasis should be given on layout. It should be made more soothing, give a more try by experimenting with colors.
