I just finished this site: kwakster.com which servers as a free article or blog post submission site. Links are not "no follow" so it is good for SEO of the site submitted, and generates free targeted traffic as well. No registration is needed to submit, as I felt that too many sites require people to sign up for things that should be free and easy to do.
