So my guess is as a first suggestion try to fix this

 

I always have thought that less is more.
You should remove the "Birthdays" section at the bottom. If you have too many dividers then it just gets dis-organized.

But more importantly, you should check your grammar on some of your forum descriptions.

 

you have very few members. and very few replies. My advice is to start some games in general discussion section. and communicate with forum members time to time.

nice design and nice colors...and it seems work good. but you absolutely need more users....
maybe you can also integrate some ads, i've seen that there is lot of free space in the template that can be used (without interfering with the forum itself)
