It's nice design, but do you mind if I ask why you're not using SMF or VBulletin ? SMF (simplemachines.org) is becoming the "defacto' forum software because it's free and completely open source. To see an example of a heavily modded SMF forum see (Moneymaker Forums).... I love it because my forum is PTP (Paid to Post) and I easily coded the PTP module as well as country flags for members base on ip2Location database. There's also a ton of themes and mods available for it. btw, I do love the fact you have the Che Guevara (freedom fighter) pic on the main page - Kudos !!!
