    Change the defaults, go custom.

    There are too many forums, a real turn off.

    You are trying to be all things to all people, try to focus.

    Hmm... Nothing much to review there. Go get a custom logo, and add more branding to your website. Do away with the default colors of VBulletin. Your readers should differentiate your website from all the forums out there.
