    Overall it has a professional look and it standalone from the other ones.The theme is dark but it is very impressive.

    Nice design but i feel the forum will not attract many visitors to join due to the dark colour scheme,i could be wrong though but others have also mentioned the same observation.Good luck with it.

    - Logo - use "old school" font or something like that.
    - if u want replace the yellow/orange theme with a blue one

    *Content
    - very good

    *Layout
    - I like it a lot, add a Subscribe button on the home page

    *Domain
    - nothing to say

    *First Impression
    - attractive, but a little dark

    *Usability
    - very

    All the best for your new venture, What i like about your forum is VIP Area, Design-wise your forum look good but i never interacted with any forum with black & white color scheme theme. see if you could do something about it.

    The skin looks good but I wasn't really digging the logo. You tried to incorporate the "bling" effect but it didn't work out, might have been the font choice though.
