It's better to put only one ad. If you have only ad then google will put there the one ad which will give you the maximum income with one click.
Another advantage with that is that people will not recognize it as ad. In you site with so many ads everyone will understand what they are.

    How old is your site?
Did you've submitted your sitemap on webmaster tool?

Ensure your backlinks are relevant to your site and your outbound links aren't banned by google as it can negativel impact your site. Try linkmarket.com and you get 5 free link exchange submissions a day. The paid premium level provides more advanced options (e.g. showing PR for each site). Good luck!

How long has the site been indexed with Google? Usually takes a month to cache most of your site.

Submit it to Google Webmaster as already said and it's never sure that you get all of your pages indexed. Google has clearly defined about this in their indexing guidelines. But as pages get old and some quality posts then they are sure to be indexed.

And it's better to get backlink to your other pages or index page instead for Sitemap ;)

You won't ever get every page indexed. You can probably get quite a few indexed, thousands, or more, but it's near impossible to expect SE's to index every single page/post.

It would be easy for you to rank your site to 1st page. All you have to do is to build powerful links pointing to your home page, keyword in your domain name is a big factor that would be a great advantage against your competitors.

Just work on backlinks and maintain an updated sitemap - pages/threads will get indexed sooner or later. Build links for different sections also, and not only for the homepage of forum.
