Design, color and layout looks great but one thing missing is the forum introduction and description. I mean what is the forum about? Is it a webmasters forum? That is one of the important aspect of seo.

 

I would like to changes the logo a bit, seems a bit out of the topic.
biut design looks great its pretty impressive as well.

 

I think the layout and design is nice but you should definitely have some text
explaining to your visitors what the forum is about.

 

Buddy, why the header is empty ? Add some picture and content there !

Budy, I think there is something missing, you should use a little bit more colors & use the blank space also. Over all it is 'good'

 

Nice look, good design and attractive colors but the banner is missing..
