    I suggest you to change your design. You need to fix canonical issues too. There are more than one instance of a page in your website. Make a 301 redirect for them.

    Take a good look at Digital Point and other IM Forums, and emulate. I want to applaud you for your forum, I have a forum, so I can see the effort that has gone into it. I suggest that you use similar strategies that you would with any other competitor, and then recreate what works for them, only improve on it so it works even better for you. Consider layout, topics, categories, color schemes, ads, source, etc.

    Change the header color etc. I mean the color looks bad.make it simple and descent. and good to see so many categories for a small forum like urs :)
