You have way to many room in my opinion, forums are hard enough to fill up already without spreading your few posters over 19 rooms. My advice to you would be start with max one room for each of your main subjects (Not 3-5) and try to get people posting in there. Then if potential members visit it they'll see activity and sign up and you'll get a snowball effect. If people come and see your forum's dead they'll leave without signing up.
And maybe change your banner, it looks a bit amateurish and doesn't match the rest of the forum's theme. Hope that's helped.
That is right, It is better to change the banner. To be honest I don't like the design of your forum, it seems to be too dark, too much of black color. At the same time it is easy to navigate. I believe, it can be quite popular if you'll find people to fill it with really useful information. I launched my new website recently dedicated to website templates, you might want to have a look at it as well.
boy where to start didnt like the color, wsnt enough post, start posting yourself make it appear like its more active. Black to me was a real turn off try more common collors dont want to scare people away before you even start. people were crying about the header i think that was the best thing on there.
You have done good, you may focus related sections like if web design then you may have html like sections etc. wish you good luck
Good colors and good font size. I personally prefer if a forum does not have boxes and links on the left and right side. I see in the threads it self you have no boxes on the right side, which is good.
Nice forum, it needs more activity and once you get more activity on there you will be able to get more members joining it

A different logo maybe, and move the statistics to the bottom of the page. But overall good! and good luck
I like the theme; you definitely could use more traffic, also some areas are a little off; if you look at awards, the content area is displayed over your advertisement (I'm using Firefox). Definitely agree you need a better logo.
