The design and the layout is not bad but I do not like the background, I do not like the background of the page and I do not like the background of the template. I think it would look better if you used a solid color instead.
i think you should pull off the Webmaster Launch - Programming, Forum Software, General Discussion, and More! >> Portal from your start page and let it to show on after the user browse through the website.
your forum looks professional, still I would like to suggest some changes, instead of having the background image of strips you should try plane backround. Webmaster launch word in header is not visible properly. the image behind that word may be removed. You can use left and right side below online users and latest thread which is right now wasted.
Nice layout , however it doesnt seem very unique , i like the site overall though good job !. .. I would change the color of the blue heading text , it doest go well with the dark gray/ black background
Nice loading time and also I like your background design. The style for title looks too dark and trouble to read it, just change the color into bright white color, it will be better. And also you need to align the logo and title into the center of the site.
