Welcome to the forums For your placement: I like how you matched the colors properly, what I would change are the green link colors to black for even better blending. I would try to add in a 468 x 60 ad on the top area of your site where its more visible.
Thanks do you mean te full url of the advertisers I didnt want to put too many ads on the forum front page but instead keep the focus on the forum content What about the ads within the threads Should I switch the advertiser url to black in them too
