You mean the free keywords from my side? You can use the free Google Keyword Tool, set parameters (all countries, all languages), type in any relevant keyword and select those suggestions with the largest number of monthly searches and medium or low competition.

Just search for "Keyword Tool" in general Google seacrch - the 1st site in the list is what you need. Good luck

 

You have nice collection of the games, i am a great fan of flash games and i really appreciate it, i would love to play this one

Design is too trite. I would suggest you get some PAID design which will be unique and awesome

Didn't I already mention that? Design is too trite, there are tons of websites with similar design, get some paid design and be unique, it's always attractive.

 

Well, even if one hires someone else to create the design, it doesn't always been one will actually get the unique look of the site, you know

 

What the hell are you talking about? Employer should be controlling it and make sure it's unique and good-looking.

Just 2 points for you to consider
1) Add a bookmark link. In general people are lazy and you are much more likely to get return visitors if they bookmark your site and the easiest way for them to do this is if you have a 'bookmark this' link/button on your site.
2) As stated above you may want to consider paying somebody to do a unique design for you so that you look different to all the other flash game sites. Your layout and what you have on your site is good. Not too lcuttered with heaps of busy banners but it could do with a slightly more unique look.
