    Site loads a little slow but the overall design is pretty nice. Great picture to start off the site. You should add a favicon and center the stuff under the Translator bar.

    very clean my eyes went right were they should have right away

    but it does hesitate a bit when it first loads :)

    Thanks for the info. Will get a favicon going later tonight. Think I need new hosting, all my sites seem to load slowly than others :(

    site is ok, but why only one keyword.. and not popular enough keyword.

    i advice you to get 2-5 more related keywords with "workout" word and work/promote on them
