Your adsense ads should blend more with your site. They stick out like an ugly sore thumb right now. The whole top part should be cleaned up. I would get rid of your google referrer ad altogether, put your google search in the sidebar, and incorporate your adsense ads in each post. There's a plugin for wordpress called Adsense deluxe that does this for you, but I'm not sure what Blogger has.

Yes,you are right... You should change the colors of the ads...(text font color,border color,color of the url) to make it like a part of your site!
All in all, its kind of bad. The site looks like it was made from Frontpage. The font is just standard arial and you really need a good looking banner that has pictures in it and will attract people to use your site. Keep it up though, my site was pretty lame in the beginning.
Well I just change my template there. Hope this time looks better. I am very new so cant give more good tricks there. Helps from you is welcome.

I like the color, but the bold is overused. Use smaller normal font for text and your blog will be more readable.
