    The header looks way too cluttered... I would also use a static header instead.

    The idea of the site is interesting, I like it. However, the design (which is only the header) is plain and not of good quality. Look at the text, for instance.

    Ahh fix up the header it hurts my eyes. It would look better without animation.

    The main area of your site that is the upload thingie doesnt look like the main area at all. Changing the background color of that upload a file block will help.

    the site is very simple, the header is great, which might me a benefit, but it is too ad heavy.....
