My very first thought: this domain is parked and I'm looking at those generic landing pages. The ads are your pages main content. It should be the other way around. Take Google's lead. Don't put ads on the frontpage, put them on the results page. Besides, people go to a search engine to find content. It's highly unlikely a random ad on the front page is going to be what they are looking for. At least with a search the ad will be keyword focused. A graphic logo would help a lot. The category headings on the search results page are dark blue, they are almost impossible to read against the blue background. Move the search box down 75 pixels or so. Look at all the major search engines, they place their search box in the same spot on the screen. Best of luck.
Google has some rss feed services through which it gives access to their cache pages. Those feeds are updating after every hour and we are collecting the information from there. It is perfect because it doesn't focus on the domain. The search engine search the content of the topics and display it for you. I hope now you can understand the idea in a better way. Honestly its crap why would anybody want to use your so called search engine to search the internet when all it does is get its results from google

Yes, it looks spammy or more like a parked site. Improved on the GUI and make the color easy on the eyes.
