Nice site. I had a quick read, and the content seems decent. I also love the layout and logo, not too keen on the colour scheme, but thats just personal preference...

 

I think the adsense ads are in a great spot personally, I loved the theme. I'm not super huge on yellow either but since I didn't make the theme I didn't think I could go adjusting it =[

I like the site because it's unique, it looks very professional, I like the header, the
layout, and the color scheme, it looks great.

 

I love that header. That building graphic is pretty cool. The content is decent as well. Good job

 

every post doesn't need a digg button, TBH, the site is hardly digg worthy, dont ever expect by accident to be on the front page

I would definitely suggest that you change the color scheme. It's not appealing or really easy on the eyes to be truthful. Also, I think you should make the titles of the paragraphs stand out more and make them more attractive.
