    Doesn't look to bad, but Tom is hiding the left-most part of the video-scroller.
    I also doubt the legality of the site... Disney? Really? I hope you have VERY good lawyers.

    your point is valid, i asked this same question to Dailymotion support , as i am using their API to fetch movies.. they didn't answer it.. don't know what to do :(

    Well i suppose since you are getting the videos from Dailymotion i am not a lawyer and i could be wrong but i think you are safe. Just add a Disclaimer at the end of each page in the footer that will open a new page and you will say that YOU DO NOT OWN ANYTHING FROM THOSE VIDEOS AND THAT YOU ARE NOT SELLING THEM OR ANYTHING. Find someone who knows how to write a disclaimer there. As long as you say that none of the video are yours and you are just showing them from DAILYMOTION then i believe its dailymotion that will need lawyers not you. When a video gets deleted your will be deleted too, so you have nothing to worry about. The videos are not on your server.
